OUR SERVICES
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Mechanical equipment in your pump rooms run all day every day. To minimize unexpected closures from equipment failure, manufacturers recommend routine maintenance at pre-determined intervals. With over 30 years of commercial experience, our team can customize a plan for your equipment needs to preserve efficiency, operation, and expected life spans. These services can be scheduled months ahead to work around and before any events you may host. A proactive plan can also help minimize the amount of service calls and repairs needed throughout the year.
Sales & Installation
Our team will work with you to size and specify your equipment for your pump room. We can plan out plumbing, electrical, gas, venting, or spatial concerns to match your pool with the right equipment. In-house technicians are trained to install equipment to meet the requirements of both the manufacturer and your local building and health codes. With experience installing circulation pumps, controllers, filters, heaters, chemical pumps, ultraviolet (UV) light systems, and carbon dioxide feeders, we can provide the skill needed to install equipment the right way.
Specialty Certifications
Pump rooms are inherently a dangerous place to be. Moving parts, high voltage electricity, gas valves, and enclosed areas should be trusted to a team trained to provide service safely. Our field technicians are all Certified Pool Operators (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation. If you have a surge pit, vault, or an underground pump room, our technicians have the confined space certification need to work in that area. We also have Certified SCUBA divers that can replace lights or underwater equipment without draining your pools.
Equipment Upgrades
Living in Southern California we all must remain water conservation wise. Outdated or damaged pool equipment can put a strain on the rest of the system, spiking energy consumption and potentially costing your community thousands of dollars. If your number of residents has grown significantly since the installation of your pool and spa facility, the pool and spa system may be struggling to keep up with the increased bather load. This condition could result in persistent cloudiness and other water chemistry issues. Our repair staff can meet with you and assess your current system to ensure it is still meeting the needs of your community and recommend system upgrades.
Equipment Repairs
Unfortunately, equipment failure is bound to happen. When that happens, we understand that it is an emergency for your facility. We manage a generous inventory of parts and provide 24-hour emergency response to ensure a technician is on site in rapid time. Our after-hours emergency number goes directly to a live technician and not an answering service. We will get your equipment up and running so you are able to get back to normal operation as quickly as possible.
